*Member Requirement: to join you must be either (1) currently invested in real estate (email a current link to the current tax statement on a property at the county appraisal district) OR (2) be an Accredited Investor and complete and submit the Accredited Investor Form (AIF). Please email js@strishakrp.com the property tax document and request for the AIF. First sign up on our website, then submit the appropriate documents. Once you are approved, you will be accepted into the group.
